/ Nursing Assistants in EMS and/or CMS
Job Description
On these assignments as CRS Health Assistants / Nursing Assistants in EMS and/or CMS
- You will join our proactive team and be delegated to various medico-social establishments (EMS) or CMS.
- You provide basic care (washing, meal assistance, nursing-).
- Under the responsibility of a nurse, you support beneficiaries in daily living activities, taking into account the care plan and their level of autonomy.
- Occasional (or long-term) assignments.
- Availability between 50 and 100%
Profile Sought
You must have completed CRS Health Assistant training of 120 hours or hold a Nursing Assistant diploma.
With a sense of responsibility, your versatility and flexibility (day/evening shifts, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty. You are able to apply your skills in the service of beneficiaries, families and relatives, have excellent stress management and demonstrate empathy. A good command of spoken and written French is required. Your team spirit is one of your major assets.
