Project Manager Energy Technology (m/f/d)
Role:
In this position, you develop and implement forward-looking energy and building technology solutions with a focus on sustainable heating and cooling systems. You accompany demanding projects from concept development to implementation and optimise existing systems in terms of energy efficiency, economic viability and climate impact. In doing so, you work closely with various disciplines and actively shape innovative solutions for the decarbonisation of buildings and infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Development, planning and implementation of demanding energy and building technology projects in the areas of heating, cooling and district heating
Elaboration of sustainable energy concepts with a focus on renewable energies and low-emission solutions
Planning and support of district heating projects as well as energy refurbishment measures
Analysis of existing systems and development of optimisation measures to increase comfort, efficiency and operational safety
Consulting customers and project partners on technical solutions as well as on reducing energy consumption and emissions
Coordination with architects, engineers and specialist planners to ensure holistic project solutions
Spatial coordination of building technology and external trades for efficient and collision-free planning
Creation and processing of technical planning documents using CAD systems
Participation in the further development of innovative technologies and sustainable supply concepts
Qualifications:
Completed or ongoing studies or further training in the field of building technology, energy technology or a comparable technical discipline
Solid practical experience in the areas of heating, cooling, district heating and renewable energies
Experience in planning and implementing sustainable energy concepts as well as technical projects
Knowledge of project management and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
Confident handling of CAD systems, ideally experience with Trimble Nova
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various specialist areas
High quality awareness and enthusiasm for innovative technical solutions
Fluent German skills
