An 80% Mobile Educator
The Association’s mission is to welcome, supervise and support young people in their difficulties, so that they gain autonomy. The particularity of this position lies in its mobility between the different structures of the Association. Attached to the Management, the mobile educator mainly intervenes to provide cover within the educational teams, notably during sick absences. Their interventions take place mainly in residential services and, occasionally, in outpatient services.
Depending on needs, they may also be called upon to temporarily reinforce a team or, more occasionally, to provide specific educational support. The nature of the position requires a real ability to quickly integrate into different work environments, to understand the functioning of a team and a service, and to find one’s place in varied contexts. Your experience, calmness, autonomy, flexibility and adaptability are essential assets in this regard.
• You are… :
- Holder of a HES social educator diploma or an equivalent qualification (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas), you have solid experience of several years in residential care with adolescents. Experience in outpatient services in the field of adolescence is a valuable advantage.
- You appreciate the diversity of work contexts and are comfortable with a position that is not confined to a single team or structure.
- Given the mobility inherent to the role, a driving licence and a vehicle are essential. Due to our work with minors, your criminal record must be clean.

- Providing cover within the Association’s various services, mainly residential, to ensure the continuity of educational support.
- Quickly integrating into different teams and framing your intervention within the framework, functioning and objectives specific to each service.
- Ensuring quality individual and/or collective educational follow-up through observation, evaluation and objectification of the young people supported and their social and family environment.
- Reinforcing a team when a particular situation or context requires it. - Participating in certain special activities of a structure, such as camps or weekends. - Participating in conferences, supervisions and various committees.
- Collaborating with families or network partners. - Carrying out a specific educational support mandate.
