Internal Kitchen Sales Advisor 100% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team based in Villeneuve, we are looking for a passionate and organised person

• Your main tasks within our Customer Care team include receiving, preparing/processing offers and quotations
• Before ordering, the feasibility of these projects is checked.
• For this, it is necessary to be able to create technical plans for the various projects.
• You are also responsible for placing orders for furniture, household appliances and worktops (entry, file assembly, etc.).
• You check and finalise order confirmations
• Execution of after-sales service orders completes this exciting profile.

Your Profile

If your heart beats stronger for the field of activity described above and you possess the following skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• You enjoy contact with people and are motivated to provide the best possible service to our customers.
• You have completed comprehensive training in the kitchen sector (sales and/or technical).
• You have at least three years of successful experience in the kitchen sector or a similar industry.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with the "Winner" programme or are motivated to familiarise yourself with this software.
• For this job, it is important to have a sense of creativity and to enjoy decoration.
• Likewise, you are proficient with common IT tools and know how to use them.
