Clerk in Property Management (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is a regionally anchored real estate service provider focusing on the management, marketing and care of residential and commercial properties. With sound market knowledge, high expertise and a strong customer orientation, it supports owners, investors and tenants in the sustainable development and preservation of the value of their properties.
Responsibilities:
You support property management with administrative and organisational tasks.
In initial and re-letting, you contribute creative ideas and coordinate property viewings as well as inspections and handovers.
You prepare and process rental contracts and handle terminations.
As a contact person, you maintain communication with tenants, craftsmen and authorities.
Additionally, you coordinate repair orders and assist with dunning and debt collection.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
You are confident and experienced in working with MS Word and Excel.
You work reliably, resiliently and solution-oriented, and think entrepreneurially.
Customer orientation, organisational talent, team spirit and a professional appearance characterise you.
Your German language skills are fluent and stylistically secure.
