As part of a new position creation, we are recruiting a:
FLE/FLI Online Course Trainer (100%) - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Lausanne
Start date: Ideally November 2026
Salary scale : 8 (this scale applies with validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)
What you bring to our mission
Within the French and Basic Knowledge Unit, you play a key role in teaching French and integrating migrants. In connection with the educational, administrative and educational teams, you support participants in their training journey and promote their autonomy as well as their social inclusion
Your key responsibilities
You prepare and deliver French courses online using digital tools adapted to teaching.
You design and implement innovative educational methods, notably flipped classroom approaches.
You lead training sessions and ensure individualised learning follow-up via digital platforms.
You continuously assess participants and provide pedagogical support.
You ensure compliance with the rules in force within the training schemes.
Your profile
Master’s degree in didactics, FLE or another relevant field.
Diploma in French as a Foreign Language didactics or adult trainer certificate (FSEA1): an asset.
Language trainer certificate in the integration field (fide): an asset.
3 years’ experience in adult and/or adolescent training, online course delivery and implementation of distance learning methods.
Proficiency with digital teaching tools and training platforms.
Strong interest in migration and intercultural fields.
