Technical Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Role:
You combine commercial thinking with technical understanding and confidently navigate between purchasing, product selection, and customer contact. In this interface role, you are responsible for assortments, scheduling, and supplier inquiries as well as supporting sales – by phone, organisationally, and sometimes creatively.
You work in a small, well-coordinated team with a high degree of personal responsibility and flexibly take the helm when individual colleagues are absent.
Responsibilities:
You maintain assortments, evaluate products, and work closely with suppliers
You take care of goods scheduling, orders, and import processing
You contribute to marketing campaigns and support trade fair appearances (1-2 times a year)
You play a central role between purchasing, warehouse, and sales
You handle internal sales enquiries – mainly by phone
You step in when someone in the team is suddenly unavailable or needs support
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education – technical interest or experience in a craft-related environment is important
Professional experience in purchasing, product management, or internal sales
Confident use of ERP systems (Selectline) and common office applications
You speak fluent German and understand French – English would be a bonus
You work independently, think in the interest of the team, and remain focused even at a fast pace
You are reliable, communicative, and have a good sense of processes and priorities
