Property Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge where you can apply your skills as a property manager? In this role, you will take responsibility for your own property portfolio and lead a team of two. You will be supported by an experienced management team and can use your independent working style to achieve your goals. You are responsible for the daily work and management of your team to succeed together. You are a professional property manager with experience and take on this demanding and varied role.
Responsibilities:
- You manage a mixed portfolio with a focus on residential properties
- In this role, you lead a management team including administrative staff
- As a property manager, you have contact with tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
- You organise and carry out the regular maintenance of rental properties
- You coordinate and monitor the tenancy agreement management including changes and adjustments
- You handle and settle insurance claims
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma
- You bring many years of experience in property management
- You have very good knowledge of tenancy law
- You have good construction knowledge
- You can communicate appropriately in German, both spoken and written
- You are a resilient organisational talent with assertiveness
