In this exciting position, you take responsibility for the operation and further development of central services in the Microsoft Windows environment. Your tasks include:
- Operation, further development and lifecycle management of central Microsoft platforms and services in the areas of Windows Server, clients, Active Directory, Entra ID and cloud services
- Planning, implementation and optimisation of infrastructure, security and modernisation projects in close collaboration with internal departments
- Participation and sub-project management in technologically demanding projects around workplace, identity, security and infrastructure services
- Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as ensuring stable and secure operations
Your Education and Experience:
You bring the following:
- Completed training in the IT field, EFZ, HF or FH or comparable further education
- Several years of experience in operating Windows environments in an enterprise setting
- Sound knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, client management, Active Directory, Entra ID and ideally automation with PowerShell
- Experience with enterprise tools in the areas of deployment, monitoring, endpoint management or privileged access management (PAM) as well as advantageously with Git or comparable code repositories
- Experience in structured IT operations and dealing with ticket systems
