French-English Banking Lawyer

Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a French-English Banking Lawyer for a 7-month assignment within a private bank.

Mission:

• Analysis, updating and drafting of contracts and contractual documentation when launching new financial products or banking service offers
• Legal support in Cross Borders matters
• Participate in the management/follow-up of inheritances, disputes and customer complaints
• Occasional support for financing requests, preparation of contracts, conditions and legal documentation

Profile

• Swiss Law Bar Diploma, native French speaker, fluent English and German a serious asset
• 3 years of experience as a lawyer ideally in the banking sector in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of banking and financial products
• Ability to draft legal documents, analytical mind and ease of communication
• Organised, service-oriented, solution-focused and proactive
• Residence in Switzerland and available quickly for a minimum of 7 months
