IBP Production Planner for Large Livestock

What you accomplish

• You develop, manage and optimise short-, medium- and long-term production plans for the hairy animal sector (beef, veal, lamb)
• You plan and oversee slaughtering and cutting processes, while ensuring optimal utilisation of raw materials, with a particular focus on meat supply for charcuterie
• You coordinate capacities with the various production sites and flexibly adjust planning in case of deviations, constraints or disruptions
• You monitor stocks, identify risks throughout the value chain and implement appropriate measures
• You analyse data and simulate different scenarios in case of changes in demand, supply delays or production interruptions
• You collaborate closely with production, sales, purchasing, logistics and other internal partners, and actively participate in planning and coordination meetings
• You ensure high availability of goods and contribute to the economic optimisation of stocks and processes
• You actively participate in the continuous development, digitalisation and automation of planning processes in SAP

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or continuing training
• Specialisation: Completed professional training, combined with a strong affinity for IT and systems, as well as a keen interest in data-driven planning and process optimisation
• Professional experience: 1-3 years in a similar role. Knowledge of the meat sector or food industry is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP IBP, SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA as well as excellent Excel skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex interactions, with strong numerical analysis skills
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to maintain an overview, even in a dynamic environment
• Team spirit, excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
• Experience in production, material or supply chain planning is an advantage
• French (B1)
• German (A2)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
