Floor Layer in Hospital Sector - Specialised in Healthcare Buildings 80-100%
Immediate start or by arrangement
Your Main Tasks
- Execution of demanding flooring work in hospital and healthcare buildings
- Laying PVC, linoleum, rubber, and specialised coverings in the medical environment
- Professional processing of hygienic and conductive floor constructions
- Renovation, maintenance, and repair work during ongoing operations
- Ensuring high quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Project management with coordination of technology, medical technology, and external companies
- Compliance with deadlines, safety, and hospital regulations
- Responsible for maintenance planning and condition assessments in the specialist area
- Taking on repair duties according to annual planning (weekly, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a floor layer EFZ with solid professional experience, preferably in hospital/laboratory or cleanroom areas
- Experience with hygienic, antistatic, or electrically conductive floor coverings
- Good IT skills (MS Office, maintenance software) as well as good communication and organisational skills
- Independent, precise, and clean working style
- Structured warehouse management and economical planning
- High resilience and professional appearance in the sensitive hospital environment
- Teamwork, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
