Multidisciplinary Home Care Team Leader / 100% / Permanent Contract
The Operations Directorate (DOP) includes four home care centres (CMD), the Centre for Interprofessional Practices and Clinical Poles (CPIPC), the Home Hospitalisation Centre (CHAD), as well as the Research and Development Unit and the Digital Health and Business Organisation Directorate.
Hierarchically attached to its various directorates, the multidisciplinary team leaders have direct responsibility for thirty to fifty staff and IMAD clients distributed according to their place of residence and/or the team's specific focus.
Your missions and responsibilities
- Promote a client-oriented approach in all actions undertaken, through a multidisciplinary care approach
- By delegation from the director of the home care centre (CMD) and within the framework of policies defined by the institution, lead and coordinate the activities of a team within a branch
- Ensure the quality of services delivered to IMAD clients
- Ensure the application of the operating procedures of the branch team, as defined by the institution
- Manage personnel in compliance with the principles and rules of the human resources policy defined by the institution, in accordance with law B 5 05 and its implementing regulations
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the home care branch, in coordination with the CMD management members and in interaction with teams responsible for centralised services
- Participate in institutional projects and their implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor HES-SO in nursing or equivalent training with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Postgraduate training in management is an asset
- Successful managerial experience and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of 30 to 50 people
- Comfort with statistics and analysis of management dashboards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good interpersonal intelligence
- High adaptability, analytical and synthesis skills
- Good knowledge of IMAD’s operations is an asset
- Knowledge of the Geneva health and social network
- Capacity and interest in project management.
