The varied day

• Personnel, pedagogical, organisational and financial management of the special school with foresight and in accordance with the cantonal performance mandate
• Further development of the learning-friendly school culture
• Advice, support and promotion of the entire team and individual teaching and specialist staff
• Responsible for good teaching quality and the further development of the special school
• Consultation with parents
• Responsible for the entire school organisation and its planning
• Networking with authorities, associations, financiers
• Member of the senior management of the Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI)

Your diverse talents

• Passionate leader with joy in shaping learning and development processes
• Completed pedagogical training at least at university of applied sciences level and preferably several years of professional experience in the school sector
• Leadership training in the education sector (e.g. DAS School Management or equivalent) or willingness to begin this no later than one year after starting the position
• High social competence, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Resilient, structured and solution-oriented personality with enthusiasm for change, teamwork and new ideas
