Your tasks
Training planning and implementation:
Responsibility for the practical training of students in anaesthesia care.
Conveying theoretical foundations and practical skills in the field of anaesthesia.
Support and promotion:
Supporting students in the development of their professional, social and personal skills.
Regular reflection discussions, feedback and promotion of personal and professional development.
Accompanying and assessing practical work and competency evidence.
Quality assurance:
Ensuring training quality through close cooperation with the education department and the team.
Evaluation and continuous improvement of training processes.
Coordination and collaboration:
Close cooperation with other vocational trainers, specialists and nursing management.
Communication with educational institutions and participation in meetings and network gatherings.
Support with administrative tasks, such as documentation of learning progress and reporting.
You bring with you
- Completed NDS Anaesthesia Care
- Completed further education as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it.
- Profound expertise in anaesthesia.
- Experience in accompanying and supporting learners/students.
- Enjoyment in knowledge transfer and working with young professionals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Empathy, patience and the ability to respond individually to the needs of students.
- Sense of responsibility and role model function.
- Ability to plan, control and accompany learning processes.
- Confident use of digital tools and documentation systems.
- Creativity and flexibility in designing learning situations.
