We are looking for an employee / carer
Asylum UMA 70%
to start immediately or by arrangement.Exciting tasks await:
- Accompanying, guiding and supporting minor asylum seekers in domestic tasks and everyday life areas
- Preparation of meals and ensuring a regulated routine in daily catering
- Co-creating a structured and positive daily organisation in the accommodation to ensure the gradual independence of the young people
- Supporting the social pedagogical team as well as maintaining contacts and exchange with relevant contact persons
- Deployment within day and late shifts: Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and 22:30, as well as irregular weekend and public holiday shifts
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training as FaBe EFZ or work pedagogue with federal specialist certificate and several years of professional experience in dealing with young people aged between 14 and 18 years
- Enjoyment of domestic activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.)
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations, act focused, set clear boundaries and resolve conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
- Interest, openness and understanding in contact with young people from other cultures
- Oral and written German skills at least at level B1, additional languages are an advantage
- Impeccable reputation and driving licence category B – own vehicle is an advantage
