Building Maintenance Electrician M/F/D

Are you an expert in electricity and committed to ensuring the proper technical functioning of infrastructures? We are looking for our client, a dynamic company in the Lausanne region, an Electrical Maintenance Technician specialised in buildings.

Your tasks:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations in buildings (lighting, electrical panels, power supply).

• Diagnose faults, identify malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.

• Perform inspection, commissioning and compliance testing of electrical equipment.

• Participate in optimising installations to guarantee their safety and energy efficiency.

• Write intervention reports and update technical follow-up.

• Participation in an on-call service.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer, assembly electrician or equivalent training.

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance related to the building sector.

• Good knowledge of current Swiss electrical standards (OIBT).

• You are autonomous, rigorous, responsive and have an excellent sense of customer service.

• Good command of HVAC installation regulation aspects.

• Valid driving licence essential (mobile position in the region).
