What is my role?

In this role, you take over the sold contract and are responsible for the scheduling, cost, and quality management of the project. You make clarifications, optimise the construction regarding materials, subcontractors, workshop, transport, and assembly processes in collaboration with third parties. Additionally, you negotiate with subcontractors with the support of purchasing, continuously monitor contract services, and prepare supplementary offers. Your duties also include the building acceptance and preparing the final invoice.

What do I need to be successful?

• you have completed training as a metal construction draughtsperson EFZ or metalworker EFZ with additional training as a draughtsperson

• ideally, you have further training or experience as a project manager (construction, metal, steel, plant engineering)

• you possess organisational talent, flexibility, teamwork skills, high resilience, and negotiation skills

• you enjoy implementing ideas and think and act entrepreneurially
