Role:
An internationally oriented Swiss trading and technology company supporting industrial customers with high-quality tools, measuring technology, manufacturing solutions and technical components.

Responsibilities:
You take operational responsibility for a varied real estate portfolio and ensure the sustainable management of residential and commercial properties including car parks.
You accompany rental agreements from contract creation through changes and collection to smooth handover and acceptance.
In daily property management, you coordinate tenants, authorities, caretakers and external specialists and ensure that maintenance and repair measures are implemented on time.
You also keep an eye on the financial side: you manage the property accounting, prepare heating and ancillary cost statements and produce meaningful evaluations.
You support the implementation of construction, new build and renovation projects and contribute to long-term planning as well as the preservation of the portfolio's value.
Qualifications:
A commercial education forms your basis.
You bring several years of professional experience in property management or real estate administration and know the diverse requirements of the industry.
You use your good MS Office skills confidently.
As a committed and proactive personality, you work reliably, independently and responsibly and at the same time convince through team spirit and communication skills.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
