Saw Mill Operator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Participation in shift work at a modern sawmill
- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Operation, control and monitoring of production and processing equipment
- Carrying out quality checks on wood products
- Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Troubleshooting minor faults and supporting maintenance work
- Flexible work in various production areas
- Processing and working wood according to specified standards
- Documentation of relevant production data in the systems
- Confident handling of PC-controlled machines and equipment
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as a wood industry specialist, sawyer, woodworker, carpenter, forest ranger or comparable training
- Initial professional experience in wood processing or industrial production is an advantage
- Technical understanding and interest in modern production facilities
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Reliable, independent and responsible working style
- High flexibility and resilience even in hectic situations
- Team-oriented personality with a strong quality awareness
- Experience in handling wood and its processing
- Basic PC skills for operating and monitoring the equipment
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
