Windows Support Specialist N2/N3 (m/f/d)

For one of our banking clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a Windows Support Specialist N2/N3 (m/f/d) responsible for handling complex incidents, user support, and continuous improvement of work environments.
Your mission
- Diagnose and resolve level 2 and 3 incidents related to Windows environments, office and business applications, as well as occasionally macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Conduct in-depth technical investigations, analyse logs and system performance, identify root causes, and test corrective solutions.
- Handle and track incidents and requests received via Jira, Microsoft Teams, and telephone until full resolution and user validation.
- Perform daily operational checks, document results, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support, documentation, and processes, while respecting change management procedures, administrative requirements, and coverage rotation from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Your profile
- Proven experience in level 2 and 3 IT support roles, with in-depth expertise in Windows environments.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, Procmon, or Fiddler, as well as PowerShell and version control tools like Git.
- Good understanding of VDI environments under VMware, Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune solutions, as well as network concepts related to DNS, routing, and firewalls.
- Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, service orientation, and ability to communicate effectively with users and technical teams.
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate there before starting the position.
