Scheduler

As part of strengthening the Supply Chain teams of our client, a recognised industrial player known for its expertise and high standards, we are looking for a Scheduler / Production Planner 100% M/F/X.

Reporting to the Planning Manager and the Supply Chain Manager, you play a central role in the industrial performance of the site. A true conductor of production flows, you ensure coherence between customer needs, production capacities and the company’s operational objectives.

As such, you actively participate in managing the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP), developing production plans and continuously optimising planning tools and processes.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and monitoring of the production S&OP.
• Build and adjust short- and medium-term production plans according to workloads and capacities.
• Ensure adherence to established plans and anticipate potential deviations.
• Schedule production lines and ensure the launch and follow-up of manufacturing orders.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing deadlines and commitments made to customers.
• Configure, maintain and develop planning data within the ERP system.
• Develop and improve management and requirements calculation tools.
• Manage performance indicators related to production.
• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Production, Methods and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Be a driving force in continuous improvement and optimisation of planning processes.

Profile sought

Holder of an HES, EPFL engineering degree or equivalent, you have proven experience in a demanding industrial environment where planning and flow management are strategic.

You master ERP tools as well as the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. A good understanding of Supply Chain challenges and production management mechanisms is a real asset.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognised for your excellent organisational sense, rigour and ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment. Your analytical mind allows you to quickly identify priorities and propose pragmatic solutions.

With good interpersonal skills, you enjoy cross-functional work and know how to unite different stakeholders around common goals. Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented, you demonstrate adaptability and composure in the face of unforeseen events.

Fluency in French as well as a good command of English (minimum C1) are required to operate in this international environment.
