Toolmaker (m/f/d)
Metal die casting, architectural fittings, engineering – three areas, one clear line: highest precision and customised solutions. - You assemble new tools and carry out modifications and repairs on tools
- You equip and set up die casting moulds and stamping tools according to specifications
- You clean die casting moulds between and after production and manage their storage
- You analyse repairs on die casting moulds and initiate measures if necessary
- You monitor machines and equipment in compliance with SUVA regulations
- You actively contribute to process optimisation in the sense of continuous improvement (KVP)
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a tool mechanic EFZ or a technical basic education in mechanics
- You have experience in the maintenance of injection and die casting moulds as well as stamping and progressive tools
- You are skilled in reading technical drawings
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
