About the job
The Nursing Directorate supports the nursing leadership with overarching services to ensure operational operations. This includes the qualified nursing staff pool, the sitting watch and nursing assistance staff pool, as well as the Central Bed Management (ZBM). As Head of Department Resource Management Nursing, you are responsible for these services and develop them together with the nursing leadership. At the same time, you help shape the collaboration with the future Integrated Capacity Management (IKM).
What to expect
- You lead the Resource Management Nursing department with the staff pools and the Central Bed Management
- You ensure reliable operational operations and the demand-oriented provision of services
- You lead and develop the leadership personnel and employees under your responsibility
- You work closely with the nursing leadership, take up their needs and further develop the offerings accordingly
- You use data and key figures to manage the services in a demand-oriented and economical manner
- You review and further develop processes and interfaces in resource management
- You help shape the collaboration with the future Integrated Capacity Management
- You participate in overarching projects and developments in resource and capacity management
Your profile
- You have a qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- You have further training at master level (MSc, MA, MAS) in business administration, health economics, healthcare management or an equivalent further education
- You bring several years of clinical professional experience in nursing as well as leadership experience
- You know the requirements and processes of core nursing business and have a good understanding of operational contexts
- You think and act in a service-oriented manner and enjoy working with different leaders and departments
- You have a strong affinity for data and key figures and combine analytical with business thinking
- You work in a structured way, act solution-oriented and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
