About the job

• Development and preparation of health-oriented, modern, contemporary and flavourful cuisine.
• Implementation of modern findings in nutritional science and health gastronomy as well as individual nutrition concepts.
• Integration of current nutritional scientific findings and nutrition trends into a high-quality culinary offer as well as ensuring the professional implementation of individual nutritional needs.
• Proper implementation of diet, allergy and special diets taking into account allergens and food intolerances.
• Close cooperation with the kitchen management, F&B management and the nutrition specialists of the Tamina Health Center.
• Co-design and further development of an offer for healthy, modern and sustainable nutrition.

• Completed training as a cook EFZ or comparable qualification
• Further training as a diet cook or comparable nutrition-related additional training (advantageous)
• Several years of professional experience in (upscale) gastronomy, hotel industry or health gastronomy
• Sound knowledge and a strong passion for healthy, modern and sustainable nutrition and special diet forms
• Experience in dealing with allergens and food intolerances
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety
• Good German and English skills, additional foreign languages advantageous
