As a Specialist, you build brand loyalty and turn customers into enthusiastic owners of our products and services. You are motivated to always provide a unique customer experience in sales. In this role, you can work full-time, part-time, or temporarily part-time.
You offer Apple customers outstanding service by learning more about their needs, recognising ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and introducing them to the different purchasing options.
You are always up to date with Apple products, services, purchasing options, and sales processes in the Product Zone.
You support colleagues throughout the store as needed by sharing your knowledge of Apple products, services, and purchasing options and assisting them in offering ownership opportunities.
You carry out all tasks conscientiously and adhere to the guidelines.
You take on additional tasks as needed, including customer service and support for other areas in the store.
You contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and being open to learning new things.
