Your field of activity

• Within the scope of planning, you procure and check the documents of the architects and planners together with the project management
• You are familiar with contract management, prepare the corresponding tenders and organise the work preparation as well as the execution
• For awarding contracts, you conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers and propose suitable award contracts to the project management
• On the construction site, you are responsible for the local site management: you coordinate all trades on site, check required permits, carry out preparatory work and handle interim and final invoices of the companies
• You monitor the construction execution regarding quality, schedule, costs and occupational safety, ensure seamless documentation and organise any warranty work

Your foundation

• You have completed vocational training as a building draughtsperson or similar with corresponding further training or a degree in construction
• You have gained several years of professional experience in site management in a general contractor and/or total contractor environment
• You have experience with Office 365, MS Project, Messerli and REALVIEW
• Your efficiency distinguishes you and you have acquired comprehensive professional, social and leadership skills
• You are a motivated, team-oriented and positive personality
