Operator (m/f/d)
We are looking for a reliable and quality-conscious individual as an Operator (m/f/d) for our Sampling Liquid Compounding Department at the Dübendorf site. In this varied role, you will produce liquid and powdered flavours using different production technologies, ensuring compliance with recipes, production regulations, as well as quality and food safety requirements.
Your tasks:
- Producing liquid flavours as well as intermediate and final products using various technologies according to recipe and production regulations, while adhering to specified time, quantity, and quality
- Producing powdered flavours using different technologies such as spray drying, granulator, and blends
- Ensuring correct storage and booking of raw materials as well as intermediate and final products
- Consistent implementation and adherence to food safety guidelines including CCP points
- Refilling and providing raw materials
- Cleaning and tidying the work area as well as all used equipment and devices
- Actively and promptly informing the responsible departments in case of production deviations or other irregularities
Working hours are Monday to Friday in a two-shift system. The early shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00, the late shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship in the food industry or chemistry
- Good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage
- Experience in work hygiene and food safety
- Good IT user skills
- Careful, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
- Team-oriented and responsible personality
