About the job
What you can achieve
- You advise our customers by telephone on questions about medicines and health services and provide competent information.
- You take orders, provide information about products and services, and ensure smooth processing.
- You competently clarify pharmaceutical questions related to medical prescriptions and thus support doctors, patients, and external partners throughout Switzerland.
- You build trust with our customers through your empathetic and professional communication.
- You keep an overview even in demanding situations and contribute to reliable advice.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a Pharmaceutical Assistant EFZ or Pharmacy Specialist EFZ and have professional experience.
- You enjoy telephone consultation and convince with a high level of service orientation and clear communication skills.
- You work reliably and in a structured manner and remain friendly and focused even under time pressure.
- You have native-level German and use it confidently in telephone consultations. Ideally, you also have knowledge of French or Italian.
