What to expect

• Accompanying, promoting and supporting HF students and FaGe apprentices during their training internships according to the applicable training guidelines
• Designing individual learning processes incorporating selected learning methods
• Co-responsibility for training quality as well as for the working and learning climate
• Close cooperation with the person responsible for vocational training, practical nursing trainer and team leaders
• Implementation of the core tasks in nursing according to the job description for qualified nurses

What you bring

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Additional training as a trainer or willingness to complete such training
• Motivated attitude combined with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness as well as pedagogical skills
• Willingness to actively participate in change processes
• Good IT skills
