In this position, you will play a central role in the maintenance and servicing of complex systems in a global environment. Service Technician 100%

Responsibilities:

• You undertake worldwide assignments for inspections, periodic maintenance work, and repairs on the systems.
  
• You systematically analyse malfunctions and rectify faults on swivel bending systems as well as cutting machines directly at the customer’s site.
  
• You assemble new systems, commission them professionally, and instruct the operating personnel on site.
  
• You competently advise users on technical questions and support them directly on the system.
  
• You ensure first-class customer care through your reliable and quality-conscious commitment.

• You have successfully completed a technical basic education as a mechatronics technician, automation specialist, electromechanic, or in a related field.
• You have solid practical knowledge in the interplay of electromechanics, mechanics, and modern system controls.
• You are skilled in fault finding and maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• You have extensive experience in the safe use of diagnostic tools and control software.
• You are an independent personality with a structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• You have high flexibility and enthusiasm for work and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You possess business fluent German skills and good English language skills (spoken and written).
• You preferably bring knowledge of French or Italian.
• You have a strong willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
