Service Technician 100%
Responsibilities:
- You undertake worldwide assignments for inspections, periodic maintenance work, and repairs on the systems.
- You systematically analyse malfunctions and rectify faults on swivel bending systems as well as cutting machines directly at the customer’s site.
- You assemble new systems, commission them professionally, and instruct the operating personnel on site.
- You competently advise users on technical questions and support them directly on the system.
- You ensure first-class customer care through your reliable and quality-conscious commitment.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a technical basic education as a mechatronics technician, automation specialist, electromechanic, or in a related field.
- You have solid practical knowledge in the interplay of electromechanics, mechanics, and modern system controls.
- You are skilled in fault finding and maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- You have extensive experience in the safe use of diagnostic tools and control software.
- You are an independent personality with a structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- You have high flexibility and enthusiasm for work and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
- You possess business fluent German skills and good English language skills (spoken and written).
- You preferably bring knowledge of French or Italian.
- You have a strong willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
