100% Property Manager

Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialised in providing administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a 100% Property Manager for a Geneva real estate agency.

Mission:

• Complete management of a portfolio of commercial properties
• Monthly reporting to owners
• Negotiations with tenants and drafting of commercial leases (rent adjustments…)
• Supervision of the current rent policy and advising the owner on market rent setting
• Representation of the owner before authorities (mediations, evictions, etc.)
• Ensuring the maintenance of the building in accordance with the management contract
• Entry and exit condition reports
• Verification and approval of creditor invoices, management accounts and ancillary charges

Profile

• Commercial Federal VET Certificate or equivalent diploma
• Federal property manager certificate (obtained or in progress) or continuing education in the real estate field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial management
• Good knowledge of law (Tenancy Law, CO, CC, LP)
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written, with good writing skills; English is an asset
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership mode
