Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF for Psychiatric Care

The position is aimed at a specialist who does not simply want to 'perform shifts', but accompanies people in challenging life situations with calm, expertise and human clarity.

What to expect:

• You take on assignments in psychiatric Spitex care and accompany clients in their home environment
• This involves stabilisation, daily structure, resource promotion, crisis perception, medication management, conversations, observation and professional collaboration with other involved parties
• The assignments take place from Monday to Friday. There are no weekend shifts and no split shifts. This makes the role particularly suitable for nursing specialists who want to provide demanding psychiatric care but value predictable working hours and a reasonable daily structure
• A vehicle can be provided. A category B driving licence is therefore required.

What you bring:

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent recognition.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing is important. Spitex experience is an advantage but not essential, provided you can engage with the particularities of outpatient work.
• You work independently, reliably and with a good sense for people. You can allow closeness without losing professional distance. You recognise changes in the mental state, react calmly and document carefully. You like to take responsibility without overexerting yourself unnecessarily.
• We are looking for a specialist with inner stability, experience, good observational skills and a genuine interest in people whose life situation is not always easy.
