IT Manager - Digitalisation & AI (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You implement digitalisation and AI projects on behalf of management according to a defined roadmap
You identify and work on digitalisation and automation potentials in the specialist departments
You advise departments on the introduction of AI and automation solutions
You plan, coordinate and evaluate training processes and ensure high-quality practical training
You support apprentices in the field of Digital Business EFZ and Mediamatics and assist their professional and personal development
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist, mediamatician or commercial clerk EFZ with further education in the digital or process area, ideally as a business informatics specialist
You have good knowledge of AI, project management, business processes and digitalisation
You are familiar with CMS, BPM, ERP systems, Power Automate and SharePoint
You have experience in training apprentices
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
