The EMS Résidence Jean-Paul, in Riddes, accommodates 55 long-stay residents and 1 short-stay resident. A human-scale institution, we prioritise individualised care, respectful of the pace, needs and dignity of each person.

To complete our team and contribute together to the quality of support for our residents, we are looking for:

an ASSC / Community Health and Care Assistant FEE at 80%.

Your mission

• Ensure support and care for residents in daily life activities
• Provide basic and delegated care, in collaboration with the nursing team
• Actively participate in monitoring and transmitting information
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment respectful of institutional values
• Provide educational supervision and follow-up of apprentices (ASSC, ASA) in the sector

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
• Holder of the FEE certificate
• Experience in geriatrics or EMS is an asset
• Good listening, observation and communication skills
• Team spirit
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to manage priorities
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
• Ease in using common IT tools
