You support employees with technical questions regarding workplace, applications, and digital work tools.
You conduct practical IT training sessions and convey knowledge clearly and appropriately for the audience.
You create and update content for internal platforms as well as digital information channels.
You handle disruptions and service requests, analyse causes, and accompany their resolution until completion.
You contribute to the further development of workplace services and, if desired, also participate in IT projects.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or possess a comparable technical qualification.
You bring several years of experience in user support and in managing modern workplace solutions.
You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Office applications, and document management systems.
You communicate patiently, service-oriented, and convincingly and enjoy conveying technical content.
You work independently, carefully, and responsibly and have very good German as well as good English skills.
