Technician Supporter / Deployment Planner 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a structured individual who maintains an overview even under time pressure and ensures that service technicians are optimally scheduled.

Your varied range of tasks includes:

• Scheduling and management of assignments for service technicians and assembly personnel

• Appointment management and monitoring of customer orders

• Communication and support of customers and technicians by telephone

• Administration and control of ongoing service orders

• Coordination with specialist departments and project managers

• Data maintenance in order and customer management systems

• Supportive administrative and organisational tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial or technical basic training (EFZ)

• Good German skills, French skills are a plus

• Confident handling of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Organisational talent and structured working method

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact

• Resilience and ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
