Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in development
- Strong communication skills with business teams and clients
- Proficiency in C++
- Rust experience is a big plus - C++ developers open to learning Rust are very welcome
- Interest in learning and improving trading algorithms
- Fluent in English - German & French - a plus
- Passion for writing clean, reliable, and scalable code
- Hands-on, flexible attitude with a true start-up spirit
