For our client, an established home care organisation in the canton of Schwyz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and committed Health Specialist EFZ or certified Nursing Specialist HF to strengthen the existing team. You can expect a varied role in outpatient care, where you can apply your professional expertise independently and responsibly.
Your Tasks
- Care and support of clients in their own homes
- Implementation of nursing and medical measures
- Ensuring individual and professional care
- Recognising and assessing changes in health status
- Documentation of provided care services
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives and other professionals
Our Requirements
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
- Own car is mandatory
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Flexibility and enjoyment in working with people
- Good knowledge of German
