Role:

You know the moment when a new system goes live and everything runs smoothly? That is exactly what you work towards as Project Manager ERP Digitalisation. From the initial process recording to hypercare, you independently manage projects around Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Customers appreciate you as a sparring partner who brings together expertise and technology. After the go-live, you stay involved and specifically develop their system landscape further.

Responsibilities:

• You scrutinise existing processes in finance, order processing, procurement, warehousing, or personnel and derive concrete solution concepts from them.

• Together with customers, you moderate requirements workshops, document the results, and design target processes.

• You check whether standard functions, parameterisation, or custom development will achieve the goal. You also design integrations with adjacent platforms and third-party systems.

• Additionally, you plan the data migration with mapping, cleansing, validation, and transfer of master and transactional data.

• You have milestones, resources, and dependencies under control. You coordinate developers, consultants, and external partners and orchestrate system tests, acceptance, and cutover.

• Furthermore, you identify automation potential in ongoing installations and support customers beyond the implementation phase.

Qualifications:

• You have already led and successfully completed several projects around ERP systems or comparable business software.

• You are familiar with business management contexts. Your foundation is a commercial or technical education.

• You confidently model business processes and formulate precise functional and technical requirements from them.

• Moreover, you know how databases, interfaces, and third-party systems interact. You also write specifications for custom developments with confidence.

• Whether classic, agile, or hybrid, you choose the appropriate project method and juggle several streams simultaneously without losing focus.

• Additionally, you are absolutely proficient in German and present yourself to customers in a reliable, structured manner with healthy pragmatism.
