Salary - CHF105,000 - 125,000Our Rocken partner is an established company in the field of property management and leasing. The management includes both existing properties and modern new-build projects with a sustainable approach. The daily business revolves around the professional care of tenants and owners. Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of eight employees
- Co-responsibility for the development and expansion of the management division
- Project participation in various interesting property projects
- Managing a reduced portfolio of residential properties
- Ensuring re-letting and value preservation
- Advising owners
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in property management and completed further training with a federal certificate
- Several years of leadership experience is mandatory
- Confident appearance with good manners as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills and IT competence in GREM and M365
- Driving licence is an advantage
