In this role, you will be directly on the front line at various construction sites as well as in the in-house workshop. You support the well-coordinated team with demanding, manual service and maintenance tasks and pitch in wherever full commitment is required. your tasks

• Active support of the team in service, maintenance, and repair work on conveyor systems directly on site with customers
• Assistance in the preparation and execution of vulcanisations and rubber coatings for wear protection
• Assistance in the application of modern 2K coatings in the workshop and on construction sites
• Independent preparation of materials, tools, and machines for daily assignments
• General manual support work, cleaning, and maintenance tasks where you get stuck in and get dirty
• Compliance with and implementation of applicable safety and quality regulations on construction sites

your skills

• Completed basic manual training in metal construction, a technical construction site profession, or verifiable several years of experience in a comparable environment
• Absolute freedom from vertigo and no fear of heights for work on scaffolding and elevated conveyor systems
• An honest doer type with high willingness to perform, physical fitness, and pronounced resilience
• Willingness for hands-on work outdoors and flexibility regarding working hours in urgent service cases
• Reliable, precise, and team-oriented working style with a quick grasp and good German language skills
