These are your tasks
- Plan, control and further develop ICT change and incident management processes according to ITIL v4 and the requirements of the ICT organisation
- Assess change requests regarding impact, risk, resource requirements and dependencies and create them for the critical energy infrastructure
- Approve change inputs and prioritisation of critical incidents and coordinate with the service owner
- Monitor the restoration of services
- Ensure interfaces to release, configuration and service continuity processes
- Analyse key figures on change performance such as success rate or unplanned downtime and continuously optimise processes
- Create management reports
This is what sets you apart
- Training as an ICT specialist EFZ, degree in computer science at HF/FH level, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT service management, ideally as a change manager in a critical infrastructure or regulated environment
- Sound knowledge of ITIL, certification an advantage
- Independent, analytical, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- Proactive personality with the ability to drive topics forward and align different stakeholders to common goals
- High service orientation and social skills as well as enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
- Confident oral and written communication in German
