An established Swiss SME in the industrial sector, specialising in the manufacture of various devices, is looking to strengthen its team with a committed individual as an Export Clerk (m/f).

- Planning and organisation of international transports by all means (truck, courier, air freight)
- Preparation of the required export documents (certificates of origin, export permits, customs documents, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with customs and export regulations as well as country-specific requirements
- Correspondence with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, customs, etc.
- Solid professional experience in sales processing and export experience
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and familiar with ERP systems
- Competent and confident demeanour
- International field of activity
- At least 5 weeks of holiday

- Preparation of the required export documents (certificates of origin, export permits, customs documents, etc.)

- Correspondence with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, customs, etc.
Profile
- Commercial or technical basic training, ideally in an industrial environment- Solid professional experience in sales processing and export experience
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and familiar with ERP systems
- Competent and confident demeanour
