Your mission
- Maintain and supervise all general and analytical accounting of the Foundation, the EMS, and the daycare
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and periodic financial reports
- Ensure payment follow-up
- Prepare and coordinate annual closings in connection with external auditors
- Develop budgets and monitor their execution in collaboration with management and sector heads
- Ensure communication with the canton, the city of Fribourg, and the Sarine Health Network for accounting-related aspects and various subsidies, while respecting the legal framework and current recommendations
- Actively participate in projects to digitize financial processes
Your profile
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 3 years of proven experience in accounting, ideally in the Swiss healthcare or social sector
- Very good command of office tools (Excel) and accounting software (Opale, Crésus)
- Knowledge of the specific financing of EMS in the canton of Fribourg is a great asset
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor in bookkeeping
- Team spirit, discretion, and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French is essential; knowledge of German is an asset
