With 50 years of experience, a young and dynamic management team, the family business NEUWERTH Logistics SA represents cutting-edge brands and products.
A major player in the French-speaking Swiss market for handling and lifting equipment (mainly forklifts and warehouse equipment), but also tables and aerial work platforms, scrubbers and sweepers.
The NEUWERTH training centres offer courses notably for obtaining the forklift licence, aerial work platform operator, IPAF, OACP heavy goods vehicle drivers, work at height PPE, etc.
We are looking for an experienced, autonomous and committed person to join our team as
Coordinator of our training centre at 100%
Your mission:
- Ensure the management, organisation, and scheduling of instructors and training at the centre;
- Guarantee the quality of training, compliance with safety requirements and their administrative follow-up;
- Ensure the monitoring of accreditations and certifications, anticipate deadlines and ensure their renewal;
- Conduct visits to our clients to identify needs and propose suitable training solutions;
- Ensure client follow-up and retention and contribute to the development of the centre's activity;
- Deliver training as required.
Your profile:
You have:
- Excellent skills in organisation, planning and customer relations;
- Qualifications to deliver training, notably in forklift and aerial work platform fields;
- Proven experience in training;
- Good knowledge of logistics, handling and lifting equipment sectors;
- Ideally, experience in monitoring accreditations or certifications;
Autonomous, rigorous and organised, you enjoy contact with clients and working in the field. You know how to convey your knowledge pedagogically and are comfortable coordinating several activities.
