Production Mechanic - Team Leader with Leadership Responsibility for up to 15 Employees

• Responsibility for planning, monitoring and controlling production processes
• Leadership, promotion and deployment planning of employees in production and logistics
• Monitoring of orders and initiation of measures in case of deviations
• Coordination of maintenance as well as prompt action in case of malfunctions
• Organisation of inventory management and procurement of operating materials
• Participation in process optimisations, inventories and internal projects

• Completed technical or mechanical vocational training
• Several years of experience in an industrial company
• Experience in employee leadership is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
