YOUR TASKS

• You support the department management and take over operational team leadership in their absence
• You coordinate daily operations, staff deployment and examination programme, also considering short-term changes
• You accompany new employees, promote their development and strengthen an open feedback culture
• You help develop standards and processes and contribute to projects as well as the introduction of new procedures
• You care for patients and assist with examinations and interventions

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a qualified nurse with experience in the CCL
• Initial leadership experience and further training in leadership are a great advantage
• You are an empathetic, committed personality who enjoys responsibility
• You plan ahead, keep an overview even in demanding situations and enjoy interdisciplinary work
