Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operation and lifecycle of central Microsoft services from Windows servers and clients to identity and cloud platforms.
Further development of Active Directory, Entra ID, Endpoint Management and Microsoft 365 with a focus on stability and security.
Implementation of infrastructure, security, and modernisation projects including technical sub-project management.
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex 2nd- and 3rd-level incidents and problems.
Automation and standardisation of operational processes as well as continuous optimisation of the system landscape.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ, HF or FH level or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in enterprise system engineering with Microsoft technologies.
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Management.
Practical experience with PowerShell, deployment, monitoring, PAM or comparable enterprise management solutions.
Structured working method, strong sense of responsibility and experience with professional IT service and ticketing processes.
