What to expect

• Direct care on the Stroke Unit with comprehensive support and monitoring of patients with complex strokes and/or neurological disorders
• Responsibility for defined sub-areas, together with the team management and the nursing specialist, for high-quality and evidence-based care
• Co-development of standards and guidelines as well as their application in complex patient situations, incorporating your advanced expertise
• Coordination of the patient process in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Advice, support, and empowerment of team members in complex nursing issues as well as strengthening interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or BScN, preferably supplemented with an IMC course or NDS in intensive, emergency, or anaesthesia care or a nursing-specific further education (CAS, DAS, higher professional examination) or willingness to complete one of these further trainings
• At least two years of professional experience
• Reliable, resilient personality
• Advanced skills in clinical decision-making, patient education and communication, as well as in advising and empowering nursing professionals and in interprofessional collaboration
